1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the par98 platform, including all services, games, betting markets, deposit facilities and any other features accessible through par98. By registering an account, making a deposit or accessing any part of the par98 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use par98. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version. par98 recommends checking this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

2Eligibility & Age

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use par98. By creating an account you declare that you meet this age requirement. par98 takes age eligibility seriously and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any account holder at any time.

If par98 determines that a player is under 18, or that an account was registered providing false age information, the account will be closed immediately. Any balance in the account at the time of closure will be handled in accordance with par98's review process, which may include returning deposited funds to the original payment method minus any winnings generated.

You must also ensure that using an online gaming platform is permitted under your personal circumstances. par98 does not claim to verify individual legal situations and places responsibility on you to satisfy yourself on this point before registering.

3Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one par98 account. Duplicate accounts registered under the same person — identified by name, payment method, device, IP address or household — are not permitted. par98 may close duplicate accounts and void any associated bets or balances.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your full name, date of birth, contact details and any other information requested during the registration process. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.

You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. If any of your registered details change, please update your account or contact par98 support. par98 may also request that you verify your identity or payment details at any stage, particularly before processing a withdrawal.

• You must be the beneficial owner of any payment method used to deposit on par98.
• You must not register or operate an account on behalf of any third party.
• Accounts may not be transferred, sold or assigned to another person under any circumstances.

4Deposits & Payments

par98 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. Supported deposit methods currently include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer and debit cards. The availability of specific methods may change from time to time — the Deposit page reflects current options.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. par98 does not accept third-party deposits. If a deposit is received from a payment method that does not match the account holder's registered details, par98 reserves the right to reverse the deposit and request clarification before crediting any funds.

Deposit processing times vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically reflected within a few minutes. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the sending bank. par98 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of deposit. These limits may be adjusted at par98's discretion. par98 does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and is applied consistently across all accounts.

Before a withdrawal is processed, par98 may require identity verification. This can include a copy of your national identity card (CNIC), proof of payment method ownership or other documents as reasonably requested. Providing these documents promptly will avoid unnecessary delays.

Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. Only cleared, wagering-complete balances may be withdrawn. The status of bonus funds and wagering progress is visible within your account.

• Withdrawal requests are typically reviewed within 1–3 business days.
• par98 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal pending a compliance review.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name will not be processed.

6Betting Rules

All bets placed on par98 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport or market. par98 provides betting markets on Cricket, including Pakistan Super League (PSL) and T20 internationals, as well as Football, Esports and other sports. Market-specific rules are displayed within each betting section.

Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled unless par98 specifically offers a cash-out or edit option for that market. Technical errors in odds display are not binding — par98 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly incorrect prices.

par98 reserves the right to limit stake sizes, restrict access to certain markets or suspend betting on any event at its discretion. These restrictions may be applied to individual accounts or to all players and do not constitute a breach of these Terms.

7Casino & Games

The Casino section of par98 includes Slots, Live Casino tables, Bingo and Fish Games. All games operate using certified random number generation or, in the case of Live Casino, real dealers streamed in real time. Game outcomes are determined by the game engine and are not influenced by par98 staff or systems.

In the event of a disconnection or technical fault during a game session, the outcome will be determined based on the game's last confirmed state. par98 is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the player's side. If you believe a game outcome was recorded incorrectly, contact support with the game round reference within 48 hours.

• Bonuses credited to your account must meet the stated wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• par98 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time.

9User Conduct

You agree to use par98 solely for your own personal entertainment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure:

• Exploiting software bugs or errors for financial gain without reporting them to par98.

par98 monitors platform activity and reserves the right to investigate any account where unusual patterns are detected. Investigations may result in temporary account restrictions while a review is conducted. par98 will communicate the outcome of reviews to the account holder in a reasonable timeframe.

10Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your par98 username and password. par98 will never ask you to share your password via email, chat or any other channel. If you receive a communication asking for your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it to par98 support immediately.

Any activity carried out through your account is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact par98 support as soon as possible. par98 will take reasonable steps to investigate and secure the account, but cannot guarantee recovery of funds lost due to unauthorised access caused by your own failure to secure your credentials.

11Responsible Gaming

par98 is an entertainment platform. Gaming should remain enjoyable and within your personal financial means. par98 provides a set of responsible gaming tools that are available to all account holders at no charge and with no penalty for using them:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps within your account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced.

12Suspension & Account Closure

You may close your par98 account at any time by contacting support. Any verified, withdrawable balance will be processed back to your registered payment method following successful identity verification. Bonus funds that have not completed wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

• Accounts inactive for an extended period may be subject to an inactivity review.

13Limitation of Liability
